The Jungle Collective throw pop-up indoor plant sales in major cities across Australia. This app serves as a practical source of exploration and education, and allows event patrons to actively engage and interact with the brand and its products.

The UX/UI Process
Minimum Viable Product Matrix

There were many features to consider for The Jungle Collective app. The best possible options were analysed by categorising them into the following sectors. During this process, it was always ensured that the brand goal for the business was aligned with the user goal.

User Flow Diagram

This tool allowed for the analysis of the chosen app features in context, and the user flow that one might take to navigate through the app via various touch points.

Style Guide

Designing for an existing brand, this style guide was influenced by the current branding — adapting as required for the app.

Mood Board

The mood board contains lots of imagery with natural lighting. The tone is fresh and on-trend, and the colours correspond with those in the style guide and existing brand identity.

Servace by Simon Ellery

Submitted by Simon Ellery
Waiting in lines at bars and restaurants sucks. We all know that. Servace allows users to order and pay for food and drinks from the app without leaving your table. Together with the Servace team, we designed their logo, app and website. We created a contemporary design system, distinguished by beautiful custom icons and illustrations and supported by a happy, warm colour palette.

All the elements are designed to establish a friendly consumer-facing web design and fuel long-term growth for this new Auckland based company.

We also created an animated logo design for the splash screen of the new food app. The smooth animation in this logo design also fulfills their objective of highlighting the simplicity and ease of ordering through the app.

Taleb by Ilyes Hammoumi

Submitted by Ilyes Hammoumi
Taleb is an app that returns problem-solving incense combinations for people who have a spiritual or an exact wish / problem for which an answer does not exist physically.

To find the perfect combination, the taleb will base itself on the date, moon phase and wind direction. There are common reasons why people come into contact with a taleb  for example : to find the love of their life or to find a job.

This is the result of a school project that had to go around the abnormal. I did research around the dark side of the maghreb in North Africa. This is where I read about “shur” the arabic black magic.
