Recollection of Days by Hasmik Mkhchyan

I’m an Armenia-based director/motion artist. “Recollection of days” is my  collaboration with USA-based talented pianist/composer Vardan Ovsepian. It is the interlacing of art, technologies and contemporary music.

The figures of the dancers are being revealed step by step as the music flows, recreating human emotions using the flow of the fluid. The minimalistic background and lack of colors emphasize the surrealistic action, sustained by contemporary music.

How Far is Away? by Mike Slane

Submitted by Mike Slane
How Far is Away? is the latest short film from Practice Studios. A cautionary tale of a plastic water bottle’s journey to the sea and back again, this is the real story of how the plastics we discard are actually recycled. By 2050, there will be more plastic in the ocean than fish, by weight. Unless we take action. Now.
